9 Roberta Lane is now down to $3.750 million. It sold in just 18 days back in 2013 for $3.050, but it's been on the market now since June, when it started at $4.195. I'm not sure i see the extra value added since that initial purchase. Location of Roberta Lane has always been a challenge.
