Contract on Gilliam Lane
/No. 57, asking $3.295 million, the same price the sellers paid for it in 2015. I didn't understand the price then, and still don't. The house itself was built in 1956 and whatever its charms were back then (few), it's now in need of serious rehab, if not replacement - the fact that there are no interior photos says all that's needed.
24 Gilliam Lane, which just sold for a bit more than this one, was a great deal after taking some huge price cuts; not sure how someone could have passed on that in favor of this one, but taste is personal, and Gilliam remains a good street, so ....
