30 Stonebrook (nee Hooker Lane) is back on the market, $1.475 million. Not a popular style house, but certainly improved since it was on the market during foreclosure proceedings in 2013. That case was resolved in the lender's favor, and the current owners bought it for an undisclosed sum in, I think, 2016. If you can live with a contemporary style, the interior works pretty well.

History lesson: the original owners, facing foreclosure, put it on the market for $1.775 in August, 2012, and slowly dropped the price to $1.549 by June, 2013. They let the listing expired then but brought it back six months later, priced at $1.680. It's possible that they needed that much to get out from under the debt but regardless, raising a home's price after it's failed to sell at a lower one is not only counter-intuitive, it almost never works.
