22 Welwyn Road has closed at $4.2 million. Welywn's a quiet, dead-end road near the top of Indian Head Road in Riverside. Mallard is the cut-through from the Post Road to Greenwich Avenue, and a heavily-trafficed route to and from Greenwich High School, which is located where Mallard meets Route One. If you were a buyer, which would you choose: Welwyn at $4.2, or Mallard Drive at $4? 

Some builders are clueless idiots.
