New listing in Riverside
/11 Anthony Place, $645,000. There's a lot not to like about this place: crumbling foundation, immediately adjacent to the Thruway, and a grossly undersized lot (0.15 acre in R-12 zone) that our FAR regs just hammer: new construction is limited to 2,000 sq. ft.
That said, at some price, and perhaps this is it, you could put up a modestly expensive, and certainly modestly sized home, and be in Riverside at what passes as a modest price. Certainly not anything I'd recommend a spec builder look at, but for an end-user, it's probably doable.
Of course, spec builders being who they are, I wouldn't be altogether astonished if one stepped up on this. And it's those guys who keep bankruptcy lawyers so happily busy.
