16 Wyngate Road, from $1.995 million to $1.925. The last sellers also encountered buyer resistance, originally pricing it in 2010 at $2.299 before finally accepting just $1.565 from the current owners. There's absolutely nothing wrong with this house, as you can see from its pictures: perfectly livable, move right in, and that may be enough to convince a buyer to step up. But it remains a 1964, vinyl-clad home, and I would look it as a land value/free house deal, and pay land value only.
Whatever that is: maybe $1.925, but I'm pretty sure the second number here shouldn't be "9".
