Yet another whale is reported pending, the spec house at 159 Taconic Road, asking $7.895 - started at $9.595 million in 2015, but this price is still impressive. Nothing was wrong with the house: in fact, it's really quite nice for an 11,000 sq.ft. residence, in my opinion, but the market has not been kind to this price range.

So good for the builders, and maybe good news for other would-be sellers - there are still some buyers out there.
