Back on the market after a busted deal

26 Indian Field Road, asking $879,900, was reported as "pending" back on April 5th. "Pending" means all contingencies, if any, have been met, and this is a bank-owned property, which usually means "as is", and proof of pre-approval of financing, so what went wrong? I don't know, but there it sits.
