42 Lower Cross Road, which has been trying to find a buyer for 752 days, started at $6.995 million and is now down to $4.750. Well built 1987 home, on 11 acres, but there don't seem to many buyers around who want that much land, surrounded by woods, 90 minutes from town. 

But eventually ....

And this may not be the most welcoming of art work for potential buyers (is there anyone in this town who uses a fireplace?)

Whose woods these are I thnk I know, this house is (not) in the village, though
