Moving downscale a little bit
/25 Cross Lane has closed at $915,000. Priced at $949,000, it went to contract almost immediately, fell out of contract the next day and was once again back in contract a few days later. I don't know whether that kerfuffle involved the same buyer - sometimes abandoning a contract can be a negotiating ploy to put pressure on one of the parties - or someone new but either way, a quick sale.
A little rough: okay, a lot of rough, but the location overlooking Loughlin Park is good, and where else can you find as nice a neighborhood as this one at this price?
