The high end market continues to surprise me

After lying dormant for a long time, $5+ houses are finally beginning to sell. Today's reported contract is for 325 Shore Road (the Greenwich Shore Road not the Old Greenwich one), asking $6.950 million. It started off a year ago at $9.950, and chopping $3 million off a price can only be helpful in finding a buyer, but still, a lot of money.

Only 174 left to go, so act quickly.
