Finally that foundation on Havemeyer Lane was built on and sold

One Northridge Road which sat as an unfinished foundation for years as its foreclosure process worked its slow way to conclusion had a house built on it and has just closed at $1.631 million. I'm sure the neighbors will be pleased.

I'm not fond of houses fronting on Havemeyer Lane, but I suppose the price reflects that disadvantage.
