26 Stag Lane, on the market for 843 days, last asking $3.250 million. Originally sold new in 2007 for $4.250 in 2007, lost to foreclosure and sold to these owners in 2013 for $2.6 million. Although they must have put some money into sprucing up, they should, depending on how close they're getting to that $3.2 figure, make out alright here.

Nice house, built by a good builder, the problem here has always been the lot and the location. The builder was fortunate that he was selling in 2007, at the peak of our market's irrational exuberance.
