Nevada governor declares regulatory state of emergency because of lack of newly-legalized, and regulated, of course, marijuana.

The standard answer among students of my generation when asked about drug problems in their schools was, "what problem? I can get all I need, any time". 

But the government wasn't in charge of distributing weed back then.
