15 Cottontail Road, Cos Cob, has taken another price cut and is now priced at $3.350 million. It's been on the market since February, 2016, when it listed at $3.850, but it's had several price cuts since then, all to no effect.

Decent house and yard—as I said, I'd have thought someone would have found it attractive by now.
