The owners of 7 Ford Lane. Old Greenwich. have dropped their price to $6.250 million after insisting for a year that it was worth $6.749. The home was purchased for $5.6 in 2012 (not a  price I'd have recommended. but never mind) and I have no doubt that the buyers poured a ton of money into the pockets of some NYC poofters to redesign it, but that's not money that will be recovered: not in Old Greenwich.
