133 Otter Rock Drive, started at $7.620 back in 2016, closed at $6.6 million. The quintessential Belle Haven home, built in 1914, beautifully restored and updated and still has 0.75 of an acre of land.

5 Sidney Lanier

5 Sidney Lanier Lane didn't fare as well, selling for $3.425 million on a 2016 beginning ask of $5.295. Which is as it should be, to my taste. Built in 1908, it seems to have a lot of its exterior charm through some unfortunate additions over the years. But 2 acres on a good street and in move-in condition, so $3.5 doesn't shock the conscience.
