/11 Hedgerow Lane, off the market since January (and on and off the market since 2012) is back, with a new broker and new price; $5.6 million. That's an improvement over its 2012 price of $7.450, but even $5.6 still keeps it within the dead zone of the market.
Besides, I've always thought that the problem with this house lies within its higgledy-piggledy design as much as its price.
