It sold for $1.375 back at the what was then the peak of the market, but since then Havemeyer has recovered nicely and, although this one doesn't have much of a yard, it does have a great view, befitting the street's name, and is a perfectly decent home, in this price range. This is one of the prettier streets in the development.
