The League of Women Voters came up with a list of 14 recommendations to improve the RTM, then surveyed RTM members to get their reaction.  Approval rates varied for each specific recommendation, from 83% (conforming RTM website to FOI regulations) to just 36% (ending the practice of filling vacant RTM seats by appointment).

So, survey results in, what's the LWV's response? "We are committed to achieving all of our recommendations,” LWV [Lynn] Anderson said.[emphasis added].

Which I believe comes down to "shut up, she explained". If I were an RTM member who'd wasted my time responding to League's questionnaire, I'd be miffed.
