6 Khakum Drive, listed in January, 2017 for $7.9 million, has (again) cut it price, now down to $5.9. The owners paid $8.896 for it in 2014, on an original 2012 asking price of $15 million.

There's nothing wrong with this Round Hill Road development that I'm aware of, but the market for this era's — 1920s — homes is definitely dwindling.
