I liked it better at its earlier price of $860,000
/59 Stanwich Road, purchased for $860,000 this past March, has been dolled up and put back up for sale today at $1.395. I’d be wary of trying to flip any house in this market, but if I were tempted to do so, I’d try not to start with a sow’s ear.
In fact, the untpuched home, at $860,000, was a decent house for its price, and would have served a buyer in that range quite well. I’m not sure the same can be said about this new version that’s $535,000 more expensive.
But we’ll see.
