3 Meadow Wood Drive, which dropped its price to $3.5 million just a week ago, has a buyer and a pending deal. The owners paid $3.425 for this weigh station accessory building in 2006, gutted and renovated it, and placed it back up for sale in May, 2015, asking $6.375 million. They didn’t get it.

$3.425 for this property was a silly price in 2006, and still is. But no sillier than its marketing video, I suppose.
