Trump speaks to press for 2 hours - without notes, without a bib

I certainly hadn’t intended to spend nearly two hours early the morning watching two hours of Trump discussing international affairs, and I didn’t, but even though I skipped around a bit, to my surprise, I did see about an hour and a half of the press conference. What sucked me in was Trump’s performance: he was totally on top of every issue raised by reporters, answered every question knowledgeably and calmly, with no bombast, and even cracked a few jokes. Hell, he was even civil to Jim Accosta.

Democrats hold as an “accepted fact” that Trump is both senile and out of control, and have even brought in psychiatrists and mental illness “experts” to testify to that effect before Congress. It won’t happen, but it’s a shame the consumers of all that effort — this country’s voters — won’t see this lengthy session. I’d settle for a Republican congressman forcing one of those psychiatrist—professors to watch it and repeat her slanders.
