/20 Andrews Farm has dropped out of the $5 million bracket and is now asking $4.8750. In the last four years, it’s left the $7 million category behind (at $7.850, it was almost in the $8s back then), fallen through the $6s, then the $5s and now it’s in the 4s. There are a lot of houses in Greenwich locked in the same downward trajectory, so take our GAR reduction in inventory numbers with a grain of salt.
