Hepatitis outbreak among Denver street bums

Health authorities are running around offering vaccines but fortunately for city taxpayers, the younger generation of panhandlers has been educated in our public schools and social media:

Dustin Fitzpatrick, 28, refused the vaccine. “I’m a naturalist. I don’t like any kind of chemicals in my body,” he said, sitting in his tent alongside 21st Street.
