Riverside sale

39 Hearthstone Drive has sold for $3 million, just 89 days after being listed at $3.095. The sellers paid $1.645 for it in 2013, gutted it, expanded it (from 2,604 sq.ft. to 5,191) and essentially rebuilt it. They did a nice job, as evidenced by this quick sale.
