No public appearances while he “preps for Thursday’s debate”. Prepare for a debate moderated by a rabid Democrat/Trump hater? Really?

Kristen Welker has deep Democratic ties. When she was announced as the moderator, she immediately deactivated her Twitter account because it was littered with anti-Trump posts. Welker even was caught [in 2016 - ED] on a hot mic telling a Clinton operative what question she was about to ask her on-air (without realizing people could hear her say that).

Renowned FWIW commenter “The DUDE” denies that Biden’s going into hiding has anything, anything to do at all, with a desire to avoid answering questions about his and Hunter’s business ventures with China and Ukraine:

One candidate eschews crowds in deference to public safety. The other does not and, like a train wreck, garnishes [sic] all the media attention.

(I would say that Trump is holding public rallies in defiance of the negative attention of the Democrats’ media arm, even garnished with a cherry on top, but never mind.)

So there you have it: Biden has retreated to his basement to protect us from ourselves. Plus, of course, his conviction that we don’t deserve an answer to what he has in store for us.
