New to the market today, 25 Sheffield Way (off Round Hill), asking $4.595 million. It sold for $3.5 to these owners in 2015, and for $3,437,500 in 2002.
There’s been a new kitchen put in, and some other improvements, but are they enough to break this house free from the mid-three bracket? We’ll see.
