Valley Road Price Cut

218 Valley Road, Cos Cob, now down to $1.545 million. The previous owners completely renovated —I’d say rebuilt – this property in 2013 and sold it that year to this owner for $1.525. He tweaked it a bit and put it back up for sale in June 2019 at $1.750. That proved a bridge too far, but it seems attractive at this new/old price.
More for single adults, I think, or perhaps a couple with a newborn, but it’d be a lot more pleasant than a studio apartment in Brooklyn.
