Glenville Road contract

82 Glenville Road, asking $2.5, is under contract.

Built astride a swamp and a speedway by a local contractor who, depending on whim and weather, builds from mediocre to decent-quality, it hit the market in 2001 at $2.995 and sold for $3 — listing and selling agents were employed by the same broker, coincidentally.

After improvements and repairs, it was placed back on the market in 2012 at $3.875 million, and eventually sold for $2.350 in 2013.

This time, it started at $2.950, in 2018. My guess is that the accepted offer is around that 2013 price of $2.350 — may the vaccine work, may workers return to and revive NYC, and may Wall Street never crash again.
