Cos Cob price cut

2 Holly Way, off Cat Rock, is now asking $2.249 million. It began last April at $2.750, and its owners paid $3.339 for it in 2007. I like the house for what it is: 8,000 sq. ft., six bedrooms, acre of land, pool, North Street and Central schools, $2 million (ish). The columns could be a deal killer, and Cat Rock’s a pain in the ass, though this one can be reached pretty easily via Bible, but still and all, a lot of house.
