282 Taconic Road has been up for sale since September 2015, when it started at $3.895. No one wants it, even at its latest price of $2.795, but it was offered as a rental, one year, $15,000 per, 24 days ago and has closed at that price.

A friend of mine unloaded this place on these owners for $3.275 in 2004; he did well, but that was then, this is now.
