Overreaching?

17 Rustic View Road, which sold last week for $2.155 million (it had started two years ago at $2.985) is back on the market today as a rental, $15,000 per month. I haven’t been inside the house since it was listed a few owners ago, but I do note that it tried for a rental of $9,800 last year and found no takers. Of course, that was in the days before Kung Flu, and we live in a different time today
