Well, EOS, you and I were wrong on how quickly it would sell, but 434 North Street has finally found a buyer

Back In June 2016 I wrote about 434 North Street, an 11,000 sq. ft. 1915 classic on two acres very close to town and EOS and I both swooned, predicting a quick sale at its price of “just” $5.995 million. Today’s buyers’ tastes obviously didn’t run that way and the listing expired in November of that year, unsold. The property returned to the market last June at $4.595and again faltered; no buyer appeared and the listing expired January 30 2020. But either someoe who saw it then or perhaps a new COVID refugee has appeared, and without a return to the MLS a deal has been put together and a sale is now pending. Hooray! A lovely home.
