15 Cottontail Road has sold for $2.930 million. Built as a spec house in 2015-16, it failed to find a buyer at $3.850 and was rented out since then. Nice house, and one I’d thought might be had at perhaps $2.5 last fall-early winter, but this spring’s market revival changed that for the better, from the builder’s perspective.
