14 Dawn Harbor came on the market 21 days ago at $6.1 million. It’s now pending, and I’m told there were multiple bidders. By contrast, the same house was priced at $6.9 million when it was built in 2015 and finally sold to these owners for $5.250 in 2017. They’re making out well here, the next buyers, maybe not.
