272 Rogues Hill, dropped to $11.950 million. It’s a nice ZKali-Naagy spec job, on the market since September 2017, when it started at $9.950. For reasons best known to its builder, that price was increased to $12.750 in June 2019, and now it’s drifting back down again.
Price resistance is a bitch.
