/8 Dorchester Lane, $2.599 million, pending after 20 days. Subtracting days spent on inspections and contract negotiations, it must have had an accepted offer within a day or two of hitting the market. The current owners bought the property for $1,400,222 in a bidding war back in 2006, so Dorchester obviously appeals to buyers.
I’m impressed that the owners could pay that much for the land, raze the old house, build new, and still sell at a profit at $2.599. But they set the price, so I suppose they did.
