Perkins Road sale

95 Perkins Road, under contract since 4/23, has sold for $2.250 million. Pretty much a standard, late-60s builder’s special, with updates, on a decent street. For the price, what’s not to like? Personally, though, I might have advised more aggressive bidding here or at some of the higher-priced listings — April was beginning to see the market rebound, but there was a still fear among owners and agents that COVID was going to shut it down completely.
