37 Deepwoods Lane, asked $2.495, got $2.805. There’s not much to say about the house itself, and the price seems in line with this neighborhood (the newer homes, at any rate), but its sale history does show how the market has been moving.

It started in 2017 at $2.885 and wouldn’t sell, even though that price had dropped to $2.295 by August, 2018.

It was brought back this year at $2.495 and sold immediately. Sometimes, patience can be a virtue, though counting on a worldwide pandemic to raise the value of your house wouldn’t have seemed a likely bet, even in 2019.
