28 Dairy Road has sold for $4.250 million.It wouldn’t sell at $4.595 last year, so the owners employed that one weird trick so beloved by the cognoscenti of the real estate world and raised its price to $4.850. I suppose you can say that worked, sort of; after all, they did manage to sell it.

These owners paid $3.950 for it in 2018, which wasn’t nearly as foolish as the buyers who forked over $5.125 when it was a new pre-fab in 2004.
