Realizing that “Let’s Go Brandon” is a rallying cry for all who are fed up with petty dictators, wherever they are found, the Canucks have prohibited its use by its civil servants, upon pain of immediate termination.
It seems likely that their concern has nothing to do with protecting a hapless, pathetic, foreign leader from insult but rather, the fear that “Let’s Go Brandon” could be easily “mis” understood as “Fuck Trudeau”; can’t have that now, eh?
