Last week I ridiculed the owners of 15 Pilot Rock Road, in Riverside for raising their price to $5.250 million after it had expired unsold at $4.250 this past July 21st. Today, it’s reported under contract. Six days.

An acre of non-waterfront land, currently occupied by a 60s house of dubious design.

Stark, raving mad. I suspect someone’s been popping little white pills.
