Buckfield Lane sale price reported

82 Buckfield Lane was priced at $3.295 million and stuck to that number for 261 days before a buyer appeared last August. It closed yesterday for $3.195.

The property was lost to foreclosure, and these owners bought in from the bank in 2012 for $1.675. They fixed it up, but it remains pretty much what it was, which was never an exampler of the builder’s art.

And the swamp remains where it was.
