16 Cat Rock Road has sold for $1.160 million. The sellers paid $805,000 for it in 2013 and didn’t do much to it, so that’s a nice return.

Interesting to note, the house was originally listed at $1.095 on September 17 and didn’t sell, so on October 13th, the seller dropped it to $1.060. Then, obviously, at least two buyers appeared who wanted the same house, and that’s what makes an auction.
