54 Pecksland Road, purchased direct for $3.225 million in December 2018 and completely redone before being put back on the market this past October at $6.395 million, has closed at $6.440. Seventeen days from listing to pending.

It’s an original Twachtman house on 3+ acres, and though it was shabby-impressive when I toured it in 2012, it was certainly transformed by this owner, a wealthy Wall Streeter who clearly made back his money, and then some.
