Large sale on Edgewood Drive, Greenwich

25 Edgewood, $12.250 milllion. 15,000 q. ft., 3.7 acres, it was built in 1905 and remuddled in 2007. Not my taste, but I’m not from Westchester. There’s precedent for the price: 43 Edgewood, 1904 construction, 3.2 acres, sold for $9.9 million in 2003. The rest of the sales on the street seem to be less distinguished homes put up on quarter-acre lots around the time the Mercedes dealership opened at the foot of the road and sell for around $2 million.
