Even the Left Believes Biden Is Behind the Curve in Responding to Omicron

Well, headlines like this certainly don’t help his cause:

Biden says he's making 500 million COVID test kits available for free but hasn't even signed a contract to buy them or set up website to order them: Johns Hopkins expert says 'that's not a plan - it's a hope'

Had Biden had the wit (I know, I know) to keep calm and carry on when NuXi appeared, he could have forestalled the panic that’s now gripped his supporters. He could have cited the promising experience of South Africa, for instance, where NuXi caused only mild illness and is already fading; instead, he pushed the panic button, and having stirred up his half of the country, revealed that he had nothing to offer but imposing the same restrictions and rules that failed the first time. It’s no wonder his troops are disappointed.

Certainly, much of the White House’s decision to terrorize the country came from our figurehead of a leader’s diminished mental capacity, but I’m guessing that it was his handlers who had the final say, and they’re betting that, having raised the freight level to new heights, they’ll be able to claim credit when the latest mutant disappears: “just the threat of having those mask’s being prepared scared those little buggers into retreat”, for instance, or “Trump’s My vaccines turned the day.”

And it might work— science is on their side — and come election time, COVID will be as forgotten as the Afghanistan debacle. If it doesn’t, though, and closed classrooms and lock-downs are still continuing in the Blue states, he’s going to own the issue, and his sheeple will make him pay for it.

This won’t help, either:
