Purchased for $8.9 in 1999, priced pre-foreclosure at $16.250 before selling for $3.8 in 2005, and presently listed at $5,997, 2 Cowdray Park Drive / 11 Hurlingham Drive has a contract. Assuming the buyer saw the property in the daylight and isn’t visually impaired, he’s aware of the cellphone tower looming overhead, and doesn’t care. God bless him, we realtors so need suckers like this — hey, we have a right to live too, don’t we? What are you going to do with your used car when you’re done with it, eh? Nudge nudge, wink wink. Get it? Get it?
